Our working methodology is based on Change Theory and is determined by the constant dialogue between different approaches and methodologies to address social transformation. Thus, through each of the pieces of this mechanism, we put together actions that attend our philosophical-organizational needs. The Theory of Change, even though can be told from various strategic points, must be understood as a whole, and each point must read in relation to the others. 

Indeed, training civil servants on addressing violences together with the attention and accompanying of victims, and strengthening self-empowerment of base organizations, not only allow us to generate strategic influence spaces for social transformation, but also, we are committed  to producing critical literature about human rights and strategic documents about institutional impact.
